Overview

Our team is growing We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Supervisor to oversee painting projects from inception to completion. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day job site operations, ensuring high-quality results, maintaining schedules, and acting as the primary point of contact for our clients. You'll play a key role in delivering a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.

Duties

  • Oversee the daily work and productivity of your painting crew, ensuring all projects meet company quality and safety standards.
  • Serve as the main contact for clients throughout each job, setting expectations, providing updates, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Create and manage project schedules to keep jobs running on time and on budget.
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor resources to maximize efficiency on-site.
  • Conduct job site walkthroughs and inspections to monitor quality, cleanliness, and crew performance.
  • Address any issues or client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure job site safety and cleanliness at all times.
  • Train and mentor new crew members, reinforcing company culture, best practices, and standards.
  • Communicate progress with office staff and assist with documentation as needed (e.g., change orders, punch lists, and daily logs).

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in residential or commercial painting.
  • Prior leadership experience managing small crews or projects.
  • Strong communication skills—comfortable interacting with clients and leading a team.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems proactively.
  • Knowledge of painting tools, products, prep, and application techniques.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
