Sandy Vans is a fast-growing adventure van builder based in San Diego. We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Packaging & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing CNC parts, organizing packaging operations, and handling shipping for both Sandy Vans and Solid Wood Worx. Key Responsibilities

  • Securely package all outgoing items to prevent damage in transit
  • Process shipments daily using Shopify and/or third-party carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • Ensure all orders are shipped on time and include correct parts and documentation
  • Process Returns & Exchanges: Receive, inspect, and log returned items
  • Track and organize CNC-cut parts from production and Ensure accuracy and completeness of parts per build sheets and work orders
  • Process online orders through Shopify, including creating shipping labels and updating order statuses
  • Maintain accuracy of product inventory levels related to shipped or returned items

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in packaging, shipping, or warehouse logistics preferred.
  • Familiarity with CNC parts and woodworking components is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable using shipping software and basic computer systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a teamPhysically able to lift materials and stand for extended periods
  • Valid driver's license preferred
