Job Description:

$17.75/ hour PLUS $5/hour EXTRA on Saturdays

Hours: 1pm-closing (6:15pm), M-F + rotating Saturdays, 8:45-12:15.

What You'll DoAs a CSR, you'll be the friendly face and voice that creates a "wow" experience for our customers.

Every day you'll:

  • Provide excellent service in person, through the drive-up, and over the phone

  • Accurately handle cash and balance your drawer

  • Help customers set up debit cards and online banking

  • Answer questions and provide guidance on products and services

  • Learn and apply key financial and customer service skills

As you grow, you can take on more advanced tasks — such as opening new accounts, assisting with wires or disputes, and helping customers find solutions that best fit their financial goals.
