Charlotte, North Carolina, United States Ramana coaching Center Full time

Job Title

About the Role

This role blends relationship-building with hands-on outreach. You'll represent Ramana Learning Center Corp. to schools, districts, and parent-teacher associations (PTAs), creating meaningful partnerships that help students access quality academic support. You'll be responsible for generating new school relationships, managing territory-level growth, and coordinating community marketing efforts like flyer distribution and school event participation.

Key Responsibilities

School & District Outreach

  • Identify, contact, and meet with school administrators, counselors, teachers, and district representatives to introduce our tutoring programs.
  • Schedule in-person and virtual meetings to present RLC programs.
  • Build strong, ongoing communication channels with schools and PTAs to ensure lasting relationships and continuous collaboration.
  • Attend school events, PTA meetings, and education fairs to promote our services and represent our mission.
  • Distribute promotional flyers, posters, and information packets to schools (public, charter, and private) across the assigned region.

Sales Management

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan targeting key schools and districts.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and opportunities in the company CRM.
  • Follow up on leads promptly, schedule presentations, and move prospects through the full sales cycle.
  • Prepare proposals and pricing for school contracts, negotiate agreements, and close deals to meet enrollment and revenue goals.

Community Engagement & Marketing Support

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure all school flyers, banners, and promotional materials are updated and distributed on schedule.
  • Partner with PTAs and community education programs to sponsor school events or workshops.
  • Identify local marketing opportunities, such as district newsletters or back-to-school nights, to increase brand visibility.

Reporting & Strategy

  • Track outreach progress, enrollment data, and partnership impact across schools.
  • Provide feedback from the field to help refine marketing materials and tutoring offerings.
  • Submit daily/weekly reports detailing meetings, pipeline status, and territory results.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree (business, marketing, education, or related field).
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or school outreach — ideally within education, tutoring, or youth programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to engage comfortably with educators, parents, and district leaders.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across the assigned territory to meet with schools and PTAs.

Preferred:

  • Background in K-12 education or tutoring services.
  • Experience building community relationships or coordinating local events.
