Under the direction of the Deputy Director of Innovation and Special Initiatives, the Staff Services Manager I oversees the Project Management unit, by planning and directing the work of the unit, providing guidance on the enterprise level projects and performing the more complex or sensitive project management work. The incumbent will establish performance expectations, provides on-the-job training, evaluating staff performance, plan and organize resources to move CalHFA projects towards completion.
