Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential HVAC Senior Service Technician to join our team. Our team is made up of skilled technicians who are committed to delivering excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and expertise to junior technicians and assist with training as needed.

- Diagnose and repair complex HVAC system issues, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components.

- Perform routine maintenance and service tasks on various HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repairing any malfunctions.

- Accurately document all work performed, including parts used, time spent, and recommendations for future maintenance and repairs.

- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

- Communicate effectively with clients to explain recommended repairs, provide pricing estimates, and address any questions or concerns.

- Stay updated on industry developments, new technologies, and best practices to continuously improve and enhance HVAC services.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior HVAC technician.

- EPA Certification card Type 1 / Type 11 minimum required, Universal is preferred

- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance.

- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
