The Opportunity

Big Think Capital is seeking a motivated and strategic
Business Development Manager
to join our growing Business Development Team. This individual will play a key role in driving company growth through
new partnerships, joint ventures, and B2B relationship development
.

The goal of this role is clear — to create opportunities that move the needle and drive measurable revenue growth. You'll focus on identifying, building, and managing meaningful partnerships that bring more clients through the door and expand Big Think Capital's reach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic
    B2B partnerships
    , alliances, and joint ventures that align with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships
    with key business partners, referral networks, and organizations that serve small and mid-sized businesses.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies
    that align with company growth and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and sales teams
    to ensure partnership success and optimize ROI.
  • Track, measure, and analyze partnership performance
    ; provide insights and strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements that deliver mutual value.
  • Represent Big Think Capital
    at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and forge new relationships.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in
    business development, partnerships, or B2B relationship management
    (financial services or fintech experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to source, structure, and manage partnerships that drive measurable business results.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Confident working with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
