About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage exterior remodeling projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, project scheduling, and coordination, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction processes, and proficiency in various construction management software. You'll work closely with customers, crews, and vendors to keep projects running smoothly, on time, and within budget.

  • Based in Southern Maine / Seacoast NH area - a hybrid work from home and on job site position with monthly meetings based in Portland, ME
  • $70,000-$80,000 per year salary

What You'll Do

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Coordinate with estimators, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Utilize our CRM Projul for project documentation, scheduling, and collaboration.
  • Oversee site operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Implement effective time management strategies to meet project deadlines.
  • Create detailed material lists based on signed contracts
  • Prepare work orders for subcontractors and manage their schedules
  • Order and coordinate delivery of materials from vendors
  • Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and inspections
  • Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships
  • Issue progress updates on costs, timelines, and job status
  • Take photos and document progress for internal and customer records
  • Visit job sites regularly to ensure quality and progress
  • Manage dump trailer duties and ensure general upkeep of company equipment
  • Collect customer payments and submit receipts for job tracking
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant building and safety codes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues or delays as they arise

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in construction management, operations, or production leadership (roofing, siding, or exterior remodeling preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of project financials, profit margins, and cost controls.
  • Comfortable visiting job sites regularly and working closely with field teams.
  • Excellent time management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70, $80,000.00 per year
