Position Overview

Join EzCare ABA's growing team as an RBT in a unique hybrid role that combines direct ABA services with administrative support. This position offers consistent 25-30 hours per week through a blend of client services and operational support, perfect for RBTs seeking variety and stable income.

Primary Responsibilities

Direct ABA Services (70-80% of time):


• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision


• Conduct discrete trial training and naturalistic teaching


• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation


• Assist with parent/caregiver training sessions (under BCBA direction and direct supervision)


• Maintain professional relationships with clients and families

Administrative Support (20-30% of time, as assigned):


• Assist with data entry and progress tracking


• Support appointment scheduling and client communication


• Organize client files and training materials


• Provide phone coverage and basic administrative tasks


• Assist with insurance verification processes

Qualifications Required:


• Current RBT certification in good standing


• 1+ years hands-on ABA experience preferred


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule


• Proficiency with basic computer applications


• Professional demeanor with families and team members

Preferred:


• Experience with administrative tasks in healthcare setting


• Knowledge of insurance processes


• Previous experience in small team environments


• Interest in professional development and growth

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Hours: Part-time up to 25-30 hours per week (depending on caseload chosen)
  • Schedule: Flexible within business hours (M-F, some evenings)
  • Location: Client homes and remote-based administrative work

Hourly Rate: $23-30/hour based on certified experience
