Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and will have expertise in various dental procedures. This role requires proficiency in patient assessment, treatment planning, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. The Dentist will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our patients while maintaining the highest standards of dental practice.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and assessments to diagnose dental conditions.
  • Perform a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to restorative dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, and dental fabrication.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate medical records using software such as Eaglesoft and Epic.
  • Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state dental license and eligibility to practice dentistry.
  • Proficiency in medical terminology related to dentistry.
  • Experience with patient assessment and care in a dental office setting.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Eaglesoft or Epic is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate patient care while adhering to ethical standards.
