What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Directing corporate accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls.

  • Overseeing general ledger, cost accounting, inventory, and reconciliations.

  • Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow planning.

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to the executive team with data-driven insights.

  • Implementing policies, procedures, and systems to strengthen compliance and efficiency.

  • Leading and mentoring accounting staff to ensure high performance and professional growth.

  • Monitoring KPIs, identifying risks, and recommending strategies to improve financial results.

  • Ensuring compliance with GAAP, tax requirements, and relevant industry regulations.

What You'll Bring to the Role

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).

  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3+ years in management.

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax compliance, and corporate accounting practices.

  • Background in manufacturing or a similar industry is highly valued.

  • ERP systems expertise (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).

  • Proven ability to lead teams, optimize processes, and deliver accurate financial reporting.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
