Position Details

  • Type: Solo | Over-the-Road (OTR)
  • Freight: Dry van | 100% no-touch freight
  • Operating Area: Runs across TX, OK, AR, LA, and surrounding states
  • Average Miles: 2,000–3,000 per week
  • Home Time: 2 weeks out, 2 days off
  • Equipment: Late-model truck assigned to you (take home during home time)

Compensation & Bonuses

  • Starting Pay: $1,200+ per week
  • Top Earners: $1,800 per week potential
  • Performance Bonus: Up to +3 CPM
  • Transition Bonus: Up to $1,500

Additional Pay:

  • Detention and layover pay after 2 hours
  • Multi-stop pay
  • Paid vacation after one year

Requirements

  • Active CDL-A license
  • Completed a certified 120+ hour CDL training program
  • Pass DOT physical (hair and urine)
  • Clean MVR and background
  • Willing to complete 4–6 weeks of OTR training
  • Must be at least 21 years old
