With structured training, steady freight, and late-model equipment, you'll be set up for long-term success.
Compensation & Benefits
- Weekly pay range: $1,200–$1,350
- Average 2,000+ miles per week
- Monthly performance and safety bonuses
- No-touch freight (mostly drop & hook)
- Assigned 2023+ Freightliner Cascadias

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on regional routes
- Perform accurate pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain compliant DOT logs and documentation
- Follow all company and DOT safety policies
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and fleet managers
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A and current DOT medical card
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and hair drug test
- No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years
- Stable and verifiable work history
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
