Overview
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our facilities and equipment. Your leadership will guide a dedicated team in maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and reliability. You'll be at the forefront of managing maintenance operations, utilizing your expertise in programmable logic controllers and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to drive performance and enhance productivity.
What you'll do
- Lead and supervise a skilled maintenance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Oversee the maintenance management processes for HVAC systems, electrical systems (including high and low voltage), and mechanical equipment.
- Utilize schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively and implement timely repairs.
- Manage projects related to industrial maintenance, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess equipment condition and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS to track performance metrics.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on best practices in maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in supervising maintenance teams with a strong focus on leadership.
- Solid mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance practices.
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLC) and their applications in facility operations.
- Experience with project management principles related to maintenance activities.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings for troubleshooting purposes.
- Strong electrical experience, particularly with high voltage systems, is highly desirable.
