  • 100% Remote if not located in/near San Jose, CA
  • If based in San Jose Bay Area → Hybrid (2 days per week in office)
  • Must work Pacific Time regardless of location

Candidate Profile | Experience Required:

  • 2–3 years of experience configuring, deploying, administering, supporting HR/Payroll modules with JDE from an IT function – not as an end user.
  • Exposure to 4th-party systems that integrate with JDE (e.g., Jobvite, Certify) preferred but not required
  • Strong understanding of JDE HR/Payroll modules at an enterprise system level
  • Ability to speak to integrations and supporting systems

Job Summary:

  • The JDE Business Systems Analyst is responsible for the technical configuration, deployment, administration, and support of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) HR/Payroll modules and integrated HR/Payroll platforms.
  • This position is part of the IT organization and will serve as the primary systems liaison for HR and Payroll, ensuring applications are optimized, secure, and aligned with business requirements.
  • Candidates must have hands-on experience with JD Edwards HR/Payroll modules (version 9.2 preferred) and a track record of supporting enterprise HR/Payroll solutions at the system level, not just in payroll processing or benefits administration.
  • Experience with Arcoro, Vairkko, and Paycor is strongly preferred; experience with other HR/Payroll systems will also be considered.
