Role Overview

Own the content engine that powers GovDash's growth motion. You'll partner closely with product marketing to test growth hacks, sharpen messaging, and launch campaigns that attract qualified government contracting teams, drive activation, and convert into paid customersYou'll also support the growth team by developing case studies, customer stories, and competitive intelligence that sharpen our positioning and fuel higher-converting campaigns.

You will develop content to drive awareness and pipeline in our core channels.

This is a hybrid position in our NYC office, with occasional travel for in-person events, team off-sites, and planning sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquisition and Lead Generation

  • Create and manage landing pages, content, and SEO plays that drive high-intent traffic.
  • Collaborate with the growth team on full-funnel lead gen programs across paid search, social, retargeting, and email.
  • Create video content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Launch rapid experiments across lead gen, activation, lifecycle, and conversion paths.

Content-Led Growth & Experimentation

  • Partner with product marketing to test growth hacks and refine messaging digitally.

Marketing Technology & Data

  • Experience with a full marketing stack: Google Ads, GA4, HubSpot, Framer, CMS, AI tools, etc.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops on analytics to evaluate performance, attribution, and ROI across channels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product marketing and growth team members to shape messaging and product-led campaigns.
  • Contribute to competitive intelligence and case study creation to support GTM teams.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or digital marketing at a SaaS startup.
  • Hands-on experience running PLG experiments across activation, lifecycle, and conversion.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating funnels, attribution, and campaign performance.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Canva, Framer, and modern CMS platforms.
  • Ability to connect and manage workflows across a full marketing stack, including ads, automation, analytics, and content tools.
  • Experience supporting competitive intelligence efforts and equipping sales with insights and assets.
  • You learn quickly move fast, test aggressively, and iterate without hesitation.
  • Care about America and its interests.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in GovCon technology, or technical SaaS.
  • Experience with SEO/AEO.
  • Familiarity with AI, automation tools, integrations, or lightweight API-driven workflows.
  • Comfort working with product, sales, and growth teams in a cross-functional environment.
