Responsibilities

- Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement; adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with product teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches and updates.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI across all marketing activities.
- Lead A/B testing efforts to refine messaging, creative assets, and targeting parameters.
- Build and nurture relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to amplify reach.
Skills
- Proven experience in growth marketing or digital marketing roles with a track record of successful campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Excellent understanding of digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic channels.
- Ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable growth.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder reporting.
- Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute education requirements. This role is ideal for a proactive marketer eager to make a significant impact on company growth through strategic planning and execution of innovative marketing initiatives.
