Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to increase user engagement and customer base.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, and social media.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement; adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with product teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches and updates.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI across all marketing activities.
  • Lead A/B testing efforts to refine messaging, creative assets, and targeting parameters.
  • Build and nurture relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to amplify reach.

Skills

  • Proven experience in growth marketing or digital marketing roles with a track record of successful campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic channels.
  • Ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable growth.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder reporting.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute education requirements. This role is ideal for a proactive marketer eager to make a significant impact on company growth through strategic planning and execution of innovative marketing initiatives.

Pay: $64, $77,554.80 per year
