Trial Attorney
with a strong background in personal injury litigation to join our high-performing team.

What You'll Do

• Focus exclusively on litigation - no marketing or intake responsibilities
• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters through trial
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and litigation support staff
• Deliver exceptional results for clients while maintaining the firm's values of care and integrity

What We're Looking For

• Experienced in Med Mal
• Minimum of 2 completed personal injury jury trials
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the Florida Bar, in good standing
• 5+ years of experience practicing personal injury law
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A team-first mentality with a passion for justice and client advocacy

• $150K-$200K base salary + bonuses (On Target Earnings over $350K based on experience)
