Amplified Marketing is a boutique, award winning experiential agency that builds brand experiences through lifestyle, entertainment, fashion, beauty, sports and hospitality programs. We are currently seeking an Manager, Client Services to join the growing team.
He / she / they is an integral part of the Amplified team and its clients and works to bring a fresh and innovative perspective to our client roster. He / she / they have strong management, interpersonal, and organizational skills and has agency, or client related account / project management know-how. The role will work cross functionally across 2 – 3 clients at Amplified, including our alcohol beverage and lifestyle clients.

CLIENT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT |
Deliver Seamless Execution (50%)
- Lead project documentation, including weekly status reports, agendas, client presentations, and recaps
- Oversee the organization and digital filing of client-provided assets (e.g., presentations, creative assets)
- Coordinate and enforce internal and external deadlines
- Establish, coordinate, and enforce internal and external deadlines via project management tools
- Support the day-to-day client experience throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth communication and execution
- Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations, timelines, and agency standards
STRATEGY & PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT |
Build & Strengthen Relationships
(30%)
- Support the development of client partnership strategies, including researching, sourcing, and securing sponsorships and collaborations
- Lead the fulfillment of partnerships, ensuring proper execution of marketing collateral, ticketing needs, and onsite activations
- Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute experiential builds and consumer engagement strategies
- Assist as a remote or onsite liaison for clients during event activations, ensuring seamless execution and client hospitality
TEAM SUPPORT & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION |
Foster Operational Excellence (20%)
- Support cross-functional collaboration between Client Services, Experiential, and Creative teams to align on project objectives
- Assist in status meetings, project briefs, and integrated agency discussions
- Ensure smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders for project alignment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of four years agency experience, preferably in account / project management or experiential marketing and events
- Is a proactive, thoughtful and strategic planner and thinker
- Familiarity and passion for luxury CPG brands in the alcohol, fashion, and beauty industries
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter, proactive, able to work well alone and with a team
- Skilled in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Up to 15% travel required for onsite event management. Subject to change based off of new business and event schedule.
The Amplified team is a hybrid in-office (10am - 6pm) / remote team and requires team members are in-office 3-days per week.
Compensation package includes competitive base, annual bonus eligibility, healthcare contribution and cell phone stipend. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience with a base salary range of $75,000 - $84,000 / year. Featured benefits include employer contribution to medical, vision, dental and life insurance package, 401k (with company match), paid maternity leave, paid paternity leave, generous PTO, 14 holidays, winter holiday closure and Summer Fridays.
