The Role:

As a Portfolio Community Manager, you'll partner closely with the Boards of Directors for a group of community associations. You'll serve as the main point of contact for each Board, guiding day-to-day operations and ensuring the community runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing vendors and on-site staff, maintaining strong homeowner relationships, and coordinating professional services. You'll also manage the administrative, maintenance, and operational needs of each association—keeping everything organized and running efficiently.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage a property portfolio on a day to day basis.
  • Manage building vendors and staff.
  • Respond to owner and board calls and follow up.
  • Contact & coordinate vendors to bid out projects, oversee and manage projects through completion.
  • Review & approve payables as directed for each property.
  • Coordinate ongoing and future projects.
  • Prepared and attend board meetings and report management activities.
  • Develop budgets for properties.
  • Review financials for accuracy.
  • Inspect properties and vendor work.
  • Create maintenance plans for properties.
  • Create capital improvement budget and reserve budget.

What You Bring:

  • CAM license (required)
  • CMCA (preferred, but not required)
  • Experience managing a portfolio of condo associations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer and tech skills: E-mail, Google Workspace (cloud), Word, Excel, etc.
  • College degree, comparable work experience, and solid business skills required.
  • Candidates must possess a solid understanding of:
  • Condo association management
  • Accounting
  • Building maintenance
