Our Vandalia, OH location is currently seeking a highly motivated Rotational Program Co-Op to join our team.

This is an onsite position in Vandalia, OH. We are specifically looking for local candidates within driving distance of our site.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Collaborate with mentors and team members to understand business operations and processes.

  • Participate and select 2-3 functions hands-on projects related to:

  • engineering

  • quality
  • sales,
  • marketing
  • business development
  • customer service
  • scheduling
  • purchasing

  • environmental health & safety

  • Build professional relationships across various departments.

  • Contribute to large-scale projects where you will take a leading role.

Our Requirements:

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Must have at least 3 semesters (spring, summer, fall) remaining to qualify for the program.
  • Available for full-time work (40 hours per week) during each 16-week rotation.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a passion for learning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable and eager to explore different functional areas.
  • Pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, finance, etc.).
