Job Description

The Senior Director of Partnership Development leads Vanteo's multi-state strategy to expand, strengthen, and sustain district-level partnerships that support J-1 cultural exchange teachers across the United States.

This leader serves as the primary liaison to state and district stakeholders, guiding internal sales, partnerships, and marketing teams to execute Vanteo's long-term growth initiatives

.

With a deep understanding of the education policy landscape, market conditions, and district procurement processes, the Senior Director drives strategic engagement, fosters high-impact relationships, and ensures that Vanteo's offerings are positioned as best-in-class solutions for K–12 public and charter schools nationwide. This role carries significant responsibility in shaping organizational strategy, influencing external policy conversations, and maximizing opportunities for DS-2019 utilizatio
