Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective relationship building and strategic account management. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, promote our products and services, and ultimately close sales. This position requires a blend of outside and inside sales skills, along with a strong understanding of B2B sales processes.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management.
  • Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate leads.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines, and analyze sales data.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to encourage upselling opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or direct sales environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to conduct market analysis and utilize insights for strategic planning.
  • Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills for effective territory management and lead generation efforts.

Pay: $90, $160,000.00 per year
