Director of Managed Services
, you'll own the strategy and execution behind global service delivery. You'll unite Help Desk, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Cloud teams under one high-performing framework. This is a hands-on leadership role built for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, drives measurable outcomes, and knows how to transform distributed teams into engines of operational excellence.

You'll shape how services are delivered across continents, improve client experience through data-driven decisions, and guide managers and engineers through scalable growth. This is the opportunity to take a thriving MSP and elevate it to the next level of maturity, efficiency, and innovation.

This role requires previous Director level experience at Managed Services Provider.

What You'll Lead

  • End-to-end delivery across L1 Help Desk, L2/L3 Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and CSP/Resell offerings
  • A globally distributed team of managers, engineers, and specialists
  • Key service operations including client onboarding, patching, upgrades, and performance reporting
  • Internal engagement programs: onboarding, 30/60/90-day development plans, weekly touchpoints, and career growth paths

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
  • Previous MSP management experience is required (no exceptions)
  • Proven success managing nearshore/offshore teams (preference for Europe and Latin America regions)
  • Deep expertise in infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managed service operations
  • Strong analytical skills in workflow optimization, service modeling, and performance measurement
  • Bonus points for experience with CSP licensing, RFP responses, and pricing strategy

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary and Annual Bonus: $180,000 to $210,000 OTE, depending on experience. The base salary ranges from $150,000 to $175,000 per year.
