The Sales Account Representative plays a critical role in driving the success of AT&T's outreach and customer growth. As a Sales Account Representative, you'll be working in-person with potential customers in targeted communities. Your day-to-day will include interacting directly with homeowners to present AT&T's latest fiber-optic internet and wireless service options.

Each Sales Account Representative will learn to master product knowledge, identify customer needs, and clearly communicate solutions. You'll be expected to create engaging conversations, overcome objections, and guide each customer through the sign-up process. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment, enjoys a fast-paced schedule, and wants to build a long-term career in sales and customer relations.

Responsibilities of a Sales Account Representative

  • Connect directly with customers to promote and represent AT&T's services, including their advanced wireless products.
  • As a Sales Account Representative, you will be responsible for closing sales, generating new accounts, and driving overall sales performance.
  • Collaborate with your team and contribute to a positive work culture. While individual performance matters, each Sales Account Representative supports a team-first environment built on encouragement and shared success.
  • Build relationships with customers and understand their needs and rack customer interactions and maintain accurate records using provided tools and systems.
  • Stay up to date on all related wireless products available for customers to enroll with and answer any questions

Sales Account Representative Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and take feedback constructively
  • Prior working experience within a customer service, sales, retail or similar field
  • The Sales Account Representative role requires in-person attendance daily

Pay: $ $1,200.00 per week
