Floral Experience Specialist – Walters Hospitality

As a Floral Experience Specialist, you'll serve as the vital link between our sales team, venue specialists, and wedding planners—ensuring every floral experience is seamless, inspired, and elevated. You'll guide clients through floral Q+A, help curate design concepts, and assist in crafting high-level proposals that capture the beauty and professionalism of The Design Haus brand.

What You'll Do

Client Experience & Support

  • Provide expert, brand-aligned answers to floral questions via email, phone, and meetings.
  • Build trust through clear, timely, and professional communication.
    Collaborate with sales and planning teams to deliver a cohesive, white-glove client experience.

Proposal Development & Design Support

  • Partner with the Design Haus team to create stunning floral proposals and visual presentations.
  • Translate client inspiration into cohesive, high-level floral design concepts aligned with venue style and budget.
    Develop design decks, inspiration boards, and proposal enhancements that drive excitement and upsell opportunities.

Sales Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales to identify opportunities to elevate or expand client floral packages.
  • Maintain proactive communication with regional teams to ensure alignment on proposals, pricing, and client details.
    Support closing efforts by managing follow-ups, refining proposals, and coordinating consultations.

Operational & Administrative Excellence

  • Track client interactions, proposal progress, and communications using Airtable and CRM tools.
  • Ensure all documentation is current, accurate, and accessible across teams.
  • Uphold The Design Haus brand standard in every written and visual element produced.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of floral design principles, color theory, and event aesthetics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in client-facing conversations.
  • Proficiency with design or proposal tools (Details Flowers, Canva, Airtable preferred).
  • Exceptional organization and ability to manage multiple projects across regions.
  • Professional, empathetic, and adaptable demeanor in a fast-moving, high-touch environment.
  • Physical Requirements: lifting up to 30lbs and walking/standing for 8-10 hours
  • Submit/complete background check; have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    Must be eligible to work in the United States; Walters Hospitality participates in E-Verify.
Compensation & Schedule
  • Hourly Rate: $18–$22/hr (based on experience)
  • Status: Full-Time
