Are you a highly energetic, detail-oriented professional with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We have an immediate opening for a Part-Time Front Office Coordinator to join our Upper Cervical Chiropractic team.

We are seeking someone who thrives in a positive environment and can expertly manage, coordinate, and assist with all front office duties and phones. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and managing patient scheduling and appointments.
  • Efficiently handling calls and administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing needs.

If you have experience in a medical clinic, excel at front office operations, and are a quick learner, we encourage you to apply A pleasant demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to be a collaborative, drama-free team player are essential.

Schedule Details:

  • In-Office: Tuesday 1pm - 6pm, Wednesday 9pm - 6pm
  • Remote: Monday, Thursday and Friday for office phone answering, scheduling, and related tasks.
