This is an independent contractor opportunity (not W2 employment). No experience or degree required we provide full training, mentorship, and leadership support.

Role Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals in Connecticut who are ready to take control of their income and build a long-term business in financial services. No prior experience is required. We provide study materials, licensing guidance, and mentorship to help you get started.

Applicants should be prepared to complete their state licensing process and set up their business platform in order to begin assisting clients once licensed.

Key Responsibilities

• Help educate clients on life insurance, annuities, and living benefits
• Build long-term relationships based on trust and financial literacy
• Participate in ongoing coaching, mentorship, and leadership development
• Assist families in creating personalized protection and wealth strategies
• Optional: Grow and mentor your own team as you advance

Qualifications

• No experience required training provided
• Must be 18+ and eligible for a Connecticut life insurance license
• Strong communication skills, integrity, and willingness to learn
• Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Able to attend occasional team meetings or workshops in New Haven or Middletown (flexible scheduling)
• Independent contractor mindset (this is not a W2 position)

Compensation

This is a commission-based 1099 opportunity with bonuses, incentives, and leadership advancement available. Agents earn income based on their production. Top performers may qualify for company incentives.
