Responsibilities -

· Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment

· Educate and provide solutions to customers

· Maintain DeHart company image standards

· Drive company vehicle

· Participate in company provided training

· Provide support to fellow team members

· Work in all weather conditions

Qualifications and skills -

· 18 months of HVAC Experience

· EPA certification (Type II or universal)

· Training and use of specialty tools and equipment for troubleshooting, installing, and repairing

· Exceptional communication skills

· Unbeatable customer service and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work assigned hours and overtime as needed

· Must be able to meet the physical demands required for this position, able to lift, push, and pull up to 60 lbs.

· Fluent in English

· Must possess a valid driver's license, clean driving record and criminal background, and ability to pass a drug test
