Join our food truck team as a Food Truck Team Member and become a key player in delivering some of the best sliders in town

This role requires food preparation skills, customer service skills, and being able to thrive in a fast-paced, mobile environment.

Must be able to work late nights and weekends.

(Su-Th 5pm-1am operating hours)

(Fri-Sat 5pm-2am operating hours)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
  • Operate TOAST POS for order processing, payments, and cash handling with accuracy
  • Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and upselling menu items to enhance sales
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food truck workspace, including food handling and kitchen areas, adhering to food safety regulations
  • Manage time effectively during busy service periods to ensure quick turnaround times and satisfied customers

Skills

  • Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service restaurant environments
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations
  • Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods smoothly
  • Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
  • Previous experience in culinary roles or restaurant settings is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently in a mobile setting while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
