Neon Greens is a design-forward, fast-casual restaurant with an integrated on-site hydroponic farm. As we enter our next phase of growth, catering is a core strategic priority.

We're hiring a Catering & Partnerships Manager to own and grow our catering business — turning it into a best-in-class, recurring revenue channel.

The Role

This is a sales-driven, relationship-focused role for someone who wants ownership over a revenue stream. You'll proactively grow catering sales, build long-term client relationships, and help shape how catering works as the business scales.

This is not an order-taking role. It's a build-and-grow role.

What You'll Do

  • Grow catering revenue through outbound sales and relationship-building
  • Build and manage corporate, institutional, and recurring catering accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for catering clients
  • Convert one-time orders into standing, repeat business
  • Help refine catering menus, packages, and pricing
  • Coordinate closely with operations to ensure smooth execution
  • Represent Neon Greens in the community

What Success Looks Like

  • Catering revenue grows month-over-month
  • A strong base of repeat corporate clients is established
  • Catering becomes a predictable, profitable revenue stream
  • Clients consistently have great experiences and return

Who You Are

  • Experience in catering sales, hospitality, or B2B sales
  • Comfortable with proactive outreach and relationship-building
  • Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communicator with a hospitality mindset
  • Excited to build something, not just maintain it

Compensation & Growth

  • Base salary: $45,000
  • Commission: Tiered, performance-based commission on catering sales
  • Total compensation: Realistic first-year earnings of $55,000–$70,000+, with meaningful upside as catering grows

This role is designed so strong performance is rewarded quickly. As catering becomes a larger part of the business, commission increases proportionally.

This role is expected to grow in scope as the business grows.
