Position Summary:
Chandler & Campbelle Investment Group, in partnership with LAZ Parking, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Cashier Manager to oversee daily cashiering operations at STL Airport's Super Park facilities. This position is responsible for the leadership, supervision, and performance management of the cashiering team, ensuring outstanding service delivery, operational efficiency, and strict adherence to safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all cashier personnel and ensure effective daily operations.
Coordinate shift assignments and responsibilities in partnership with scheduling staff.
Assist in hiring, training, evaluating, and developing parking operations personnel.
Ensure all team members comply with established safety protocols and standards.
Maintain high levels of customer service across the cashiering and parking teams.
Conduct spot audits and performance reviews to monitor quality and accuracy.
Lead grounds inspections of parking lots to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
Monitor and support the upkeep of parking equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Provide operational analysis and custom reporting as requested by LAZ Parking.
Review Secret Shopper reports and Customer Survey results to identify opportunities for service enhancement.
Address customer concerns with professionalism and resolve escalated issues effectively and promptly.
Ensure team members are equipped with the tools and supplies necessary for their roles.
Manage inventory of consumables and ensure adequate stock for daily operations.
Participate in regular meetings with LAZ Management to review operations and performance.
