As a Licensed Insurance Sales Professional, you'll be the go-to person helping clients find the right insurance to protect what matters most to them. You'll guide them through their options so they feel confident and informed about their choices. Using your skills in outside sales and negotiation, you'll build strong relationships and help grow the business. Come join us and make a real difference in people's lives

What you'll do

  • Connect with potential clients through outside sales, using your great communication skills to build trust and rapport.
  • Figure out what customers need and customize insurance plans to fit them perfectly, showing off your sharp analytical skills.
  • Negotiate policy terms to make sure everyone's happy and close deals smoothly.
  • Provide top-notch customer service throughout the whole process, answering questions and handling concerns with care.
  • Work with marketing to come up with strategies that get the word out and promote our insurance products.

Basic qualifications

  • Valid New York Property & Casualty insurance license as required.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in retail or insurance sales is a big plus.
  • Being bilingual or multilingual is awesome for connecting with a wider range of clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45, $75,000.00 per year
