Your Role and Impact:

  • Deliver one on one, ABA therapy in the family home.
  • Implement personalized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
  • Collect data and document progress to help each child achieve their goals.
  • Empower parents and caregivers with techniques to support their child's development.

What You Bring:

  • Experience working with children is a strong plus (e.g., as an RBT, paraprofessional, tutor, or caregiver).
  • Availability for weekday daytime hours or after school hours.
  • A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (required for travel to client homes).
  • A positive, patient, and professional demeanor.
