Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote medical products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase product features and benefits.
  • Identify new business opportunities through proactive outside sales efforts and market analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Manage sales pipeline data using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for reporting and analysis purposes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, pharmaceutical or medical device sales preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate product value propositions.
  • Demonstrated account management capabilities with a focus on customer retention.
  • Technical sales experience involving product demos and complex solutions.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and client needs to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and foster team collaboration.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 – 80 per week
