At Elysium, we focus on direct, face-to-face sales and customer engagement on behalf of our client's wireless products and services. Located in Huntington Beach, our team partners with telecommunications brands to represent their brand at local retail events and community venues. Every day, we connect in person with customers, helping them stay connected through reliable wireless plans, the latest devices, and exclusive promotions.
As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll be out in the community, speaking with people directly, answering their questions, and walking them step by step through the enrollment process for wireless services. This is a full-time, in-person role where your ability to communicate face-to-face, build trust quickly, learn how to close sales, and create a smooth customer experience will be the key to achieving both your individual and team sales goals.
What We Seek in an Entry Level Sales Representative:
- Engage face-to-face with customers at retail events and community locations by explaining wireless plans and services, answering questions on the spot, and walking them through the enrollment process.
- Approach and interact directly with shoppers to spark conversations, attract new customers, and consistently meet or exceed sales and enrollment goals.
- Understand the local Huntington Beach market to personalize your approach when presenting products, promotions, and solutions to different types of customers.
- Work alongside teammates in the field to ensure a smooth customer experience and uphold our client's brand standards during every interaction.
- Apply hands-on training in sales and customer service to build relationships, overcome objections, and create a positive experience that results in new enrollments.
- Track and share feedback from face-to-face interactions, identifying customer needs and helping the team adjust sales and outreach strategies for better results.
What You Bring to the Table as an Entry Level Sales Representative:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail sales, or any customer-facing role.
- A customer-first attitude and a passion for helping people find the best solutions for their needs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with a wide variety of customers.
- The drive to meet and exceed sales goals while promoting our partner's services and products with enthusiasm.
- A collaborative mindset, working seamlessly with other Entry Level Sales Representatives and team members to achieve success.
- A willingness to learn and grow in the telecommunications field with the support of ongoing training and development.
- Leverage foundational sales and customer service training to create opportunities, meet client expectations, and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Assess sales data to identify trends, monitor customer preferences, and collaborate with the team to refine customer service and marketing strategies.
Position Breakdown:
- Employment Type: Full-Time W-2 Employment
- Pay: Commission-based (on average, employees make $900 - $1,300 week)
- daily, and then go out to surrounding communities.
