Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer phone calls and questions in person or via phone.
  • Check in and check out guests.
  • Be available to answer the lobby telephone during shift.
  • Assist with customer service issues.
  • Assist with special event coordination and execution.
  • Assist with answering basic questions of guests and other callers including, but not limited to directions, hours of operation, reservations, cancellations, and lost and found items.
  • Greet guests by calling their name or by using a bell.
  • Assist the guest with issuing HH points.
  • Train the FD Agents to be successful
  • Be able to audit and understand what to look for in order to protect the business.
  • Must be able to cover Night Audit Shifts.
