YM Hospitality is a growing business in Atlanta, GA Hospitality industry. We are professional, agile, customer-centric and our goal is to find a professional that shows amazing customer service skills. We are looking for someone who is reliable, puts our guest first, friendly, outgoing, and efficient.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer phone calls and questions in person or via phone.
- Check in and check out guests.
- Be available to answer the lobby telephone during shift.
- Assist with customer service issues.
- Assist with special event coordination and execution.
- Assist with answering basic questions of guests and other callers including, but not limited to directions, hours of operation, reservations, cancellations, and lost and found items.
- Greet guests by calling their name or by using a bell.
- Assist the guest with issuing HH points.
- Train the FD Agents to be successful
- Be able to audit and understand what to look for in order to protect the business.
- Must be able to cover Night Audit Shifts.

Job Type: Full-time
