  • Front Desk Duties:
  • Greet and check in guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Answer phone calls and handle reservations and guest inquiries.
  • Assist guests with check-out procedures and process payments.
  • Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities.
  • Address and resolve guest issues or complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Night Auditor Duties:
  • Perform end-of-day accounting procedures, including balancing accounts and generating reports.
  • Review and verify guest folios and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure the security and safety of the property during the night shift.
  • Monitor and manage the front desk operations and guest service during overnight hours.
  • Maintain accurate records of nightly transactions and audits.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a hotel front desk or similar customer service role preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and financial procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Summary
