Globetrotters is seeking a Microsoft/Azure Systems Engineer to design, manage, and optimize enterprise systems. You'll tackle complex technical challenges, communicate solutions to both technical teams and executives, and make a direct impact in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. This position is full-time and based in our office, Monday through Friday.

In this role, you will:

• Design system configurations, network infrastructure, and software integrations.
• Establish architecture and standards methodology, ensuring solutions align with technology guidelines and business requirements.
• Direct the identification and recommendation of appropriate solutions, upgrades, replacements, or decommissioning options, considering usability, security, and total cost of ownership.
• Develop and execute solutions to reduce reactive work and improve system efficiency.
• Administer and troubleshoot Azure resources, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, Office 365 cloud applications, Microsoft Exchange, DNS/DHCP servers, and GPOs.
• Oversee mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) strategies.
• Integrate various technologies, ensuring compatibility and seamless operation.
• Provide analysis and recommendations regarding cloud and endpoint security best practices.
• Validate, create, and modify required scripting (Bash, Shell, or other relevant languages).
• Manage solution ideation, design, and implementation activities, communicating architecture and technical decisions to stakeholders.
• Identify and suggest improvements to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Write change control documentation and maintain server documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, network architecture, and cloud solutions.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure and O365 environments.
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification or equivalent; MCP Azure Security and/or Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure services, including Virtual Machines, Functions, DevOps, and Resource Manager.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, conditional access, and endpoint management best practices.
• Experience with Intune, Windows Autopilot, device provisioning, and policy management across diverse environments.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Proficiency in scripting for automation and system management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Experience in Managed Services or enterprise IT environments is preferred.

Salary range is 120,000 – 140,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
