2026 Undergraduate Summer Intern – Job Posting
Department Title: Undergrad Intern – Global Fund Administration & Oversight: Print Production Team
Location: Stamford, CT or New York City, NY
(Please note – desk space is limited in the NYC office)
Start Date: All interns must start in office and in person on June 8, 2026.
Anticipated End Date: August 14, 2026 – All interns must be in office and in person on their last day to return equipment.
Position Summary:
Department Overview
The Global Fund Administration & Oversight (GFAO) Print Production Team is responsible for managing the printing and mailing of regulatory documents, as well as the webhosting of these documents.
The team works with the Technology department to automate the invoice validation and payment process.
The team's current department goal is to identify areas of improvement regarding interaction with Internal groups and third-party administrators. The team's current initiative is to improve and automate the invoice validation and payment process.
GFAC plays a critical role in the company, ensuring documents are delivered to shareholders and webhosted as dictated by SEC regulations.
The intern will have the opportunity to impact the success of the organization by assisting with the invoice validation process to ensure fees are allocated correctly and paid on time and help with any testing needed in the Automation of the fee validations.
Team Culture:
The team is distinguished by its members' diverse locations and backgrounds and their involvement with a wide range of groups across the firm, including Legal, Compliance, and Financial Reporting, as well as various external vendors.
Team members collaborate continuously with Legal and Financial Reporting to ensure that all required documents are delivered on time. They assess the impact of changes, provide estimates for product initiatives as needed, and work with print and mailing agents to streamline processes and enhance invoice validation.
An intern in this department can expect to learn:
- Improve their excel skills.
- Provide feedback and input based on observation on how a process can be made more efficient.
- Networking opportunities across various parts of Franklin Templeton
Key Responsibilities Can Include:

- Coordination with mailing and printing agents
Ideal Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (advance in Excel, specifically pivot tables and v-lookups)
- Great communication skills

This is a full-time internship where students will work approximately x (dependent on state/location) hours per week and earn competitive hourly pay of $x - $x (dependent on location and function) USD per hour. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Franklin Templeton, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation.
This is a full-time internship where students will work approximately 37.5 – 40 (dependent on state/location) hours per week and earn competitive hourly pay of $30 USD per hour. Hourly pay rates are dependent upon location and function. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
