Job Summary

As a Financial/Insurance Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of Financial, Collection and Insurance processes within our Dental Office.

What you'll do

  • Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits to ensure accurate billing and minimize claim denials.
  • Provide estimation to the patient.
  • Give support in managing accounts receivable, including following up on unpaid claims and patient balances.
  • Educate patients about their insurance benefits and financial responsibilities, fostering a positive experience.
  • Support office operations by assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Must be willing to travel for Sales and Management training and continuing education out of state.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
