Medical Billing Team Lead

The Medical Billing Team Lead will report to the Office Manager.
Job Overview: This position will require the employee to have attention to detail. Will be responsible for taking all necessary action to assure completion of the issue at hand. Employee will need to use problem solving skills to determine how to properly complete the issue at hand. Employee will need management skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Answer all billing and collection questions for their team members
Resolve complicated issues with team regarding collections
Manage all team members
Update office manager and CEO for any problems faced with team
Train team members
Enforce office policies and rules
Provider disciplinary action when required
Assist employees with daily work duties
Assess production of employees
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Medical Billing and Coding or Associates degree
- 1 year experience required if school was not completed
- 1 year management skills
