AI Product Manager

About the Role

Classover Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: KIDZ) is a Nasdaq-listed education technology company pioneering AI-powered personalized learning, built on more than 420,000+ hours of real live instruction data.

We are seeking a highly capable, execution-driven AI Product Manager, fluent in Mandarin and English, to lead product planning, timeline management, cross-team communication, and quality assurance for our next-generation AI Tutor platform.

You will be responsible for shaping product logic, coordinating engineering and AI teams, driving execution, and ensuring that all deliverables meet our quality and timeline standards. Candidates with AI/tech background and prior PM experience are strongly preferred.

You will work directly with executive leadership, product managers, designers, and engineers to:

• Drive product roadmaps and execution

• Ensure the AI Tutor behaves with real teacher-level logic

• Maintain strict ownership of timelines and deliverables

• Bridge AI Engineering and Leadership with clear, structured communication

What You'll Do

Lead Product Planning & Execution (Core Responsibility)

• Define and manage product roadmaps, feature requirements, timelines, and dependencies.

• Track all deadlines related to AI Tutor features, demos, iterations, and engineering deliverables.

• Closely manage execution across PMs, AI engineers, designers, and content teams.

• Proactively identify delays, resource gaps, and risks — escalate to leadership immediately.

• Provide clear daily/weekly progress updates to management.

• Maintain full accountability to ensure no deadline is missed.

Deep QA, Behavior Evaluation & Product Quality

• Conduct detailed product testing across all AI Tutor modules.

• Evaluate accuracy, teaching logic, flow, and end-to-end user experience.

• Identify bugs, mismatches, hallucinations, logic gaps, and behavior inconsistencies.

• Document issues with clarity and work cross-functionally toward resolution.

• Retest after fixes and maintain a high standard of product reliability.

Teacher Lesson Review & AI-to-Human Comparison

• Watch real classroom recordings to understand expert teacher pedagogy.

• Compare real teacher performance vs. AI Tutor responses.

• Identify where AI falls short in reasoning, pacing, questioning, and student interaction.

• Propose concrete improvements to lesson logic, feedback patterns, and content flow.

Cross-Team Communication & Leadership Alignment

• Serve as the bridge between AI engineering, design, product, and executive leadership.

• Translate high-level strategy into clear actionable product requirements.

• Facilitate structured communication, ensuring clarity and alignment across all teams.

• Drive meetings, stand-ups, and syncs to maintain momentum.

Organized Documentation & Product Reporting

• Maintain well-structured documentation of:

• PRDs

• timelines and deliverables

• bug lists and test cases

• product specifications and iteration logs

• Ensure leadership has full visibility on status, risks, and next steps.

• Build repeatable process systems for scaling the AI product line.

Who You Are

• Experienced product manager or AI product specialist with tech background (AI/ML experience preferred).

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in product management, AI product operations, or technical execution roles.

• Strong ability to decompose problems, write PRDs, and define product logic.

• Highly detail-oriented — able to spot subtle inconsistencies in AI behavior.

• Effective communicator in both Mandarin and English, capable of cross-team alignment.

• Relentlessly reliable and accountable; you take full ownership of timelines.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with rapid iteration cycles.

• Familiar with AI products, LLM behavior evaluation, QA processes, and data-driven decision making.
