- Oversee user research and testing for AI usability, prioritizing features that deliver measurable value and intelligent automation.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for AI‑driven product experiences.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand AI trends and differentiation opportunities.
- Collaborate with commercial partners to shape demos, narratives, and sales enablement materials.
- Gather customer feedback and analytics to continuously refine and improve AI capabilities.
- Track AI feature performance and guide continuous optimization.
- Integrate external AI models and APIs while ensuring ethical use, compliance, and data governance.
- Work with clients to understand AI onboarding and integration needs.
- 3–5 years of Product Management experience with exposure to AI, ML, data science, analytics, or SaaS platforms.
- 2–4 years in consumer insights, media, advertising, research, or related industries with exposure to AI applications.
- Hands‑on experience with AI/ML frameworks, cloud environments, LLMs, Generative AI, and/or RAG architectures.
- Experience validating AI quality, data reliability, and performing QA checks.
- Ability to create wireframes for AI‑driven features and work effectively in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of consumer insight needs, media ecosystems, and monetization dynamics.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to articulate AI concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders, including commercial teams and clients.
