Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
  • Take customer orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety standards.
  • Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front of house area, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food delivery.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
  • Experience with food preparation, culinary tasks, and food handling practices is a plus.
  • Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety regulations is essential.
  • Previous restaurant or café experience is highly desirable.
