Landscaping & Snow Removal Supervisor (Hands-On)

Job Summary (Bilingual preferred but not required Spanish/English)

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Foreman to lead crews in both landscaping and snow removal operations. This position is for a working foreman who can perform all required tasks in the field, operate equipment, and keep jobs running efficiently year-round.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside crews performing landscaping tasks (mowing, trimming, cleanups, planting, etc.)
  • Lead snow and ice removal operations at commercial sites
  • Operate equipment including mowers, skid steers, plow trucks, and snow removal equipment
  • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
  • Train crew members and oversee daily job activities
  • Perform equipment and vehicle inspections

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in landscaping and snow removal
  • Foreman or crew lead experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong equipment operating skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and during snow events
  • Physically able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Spanish speaking a plus, not required

Pay & Benefits

  • $25 – $40 per hour, based on experience
