What you'll do

  • Negotiate terms and conditions of policies, ensuring clarity and satisfaction for all parties involved.
  • Manage sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize telemarketing strategies to reach out to prospective clients, expanding your network and client base.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, HIPAA regulations, and insurance products to provide informed advice.
