Contexte de la mission

Dans le cadre d'une projet avec l'un de nos partenaires , la direction des Systèmes d'Information a pour missions de mettre au quotidien à disposition des utilisateurs les données et les traitements nécessaires à leur activité, dans le respect des contrats de service; de garantir la sécurité et la pérennité des actifs informatiques du Groupe; d'accompagner le développement commercial du Groupe en France et à l'international ; d'élaborer de nouveaux systèmes d'information, de nouvelles infrastructures techniques et de maintenir les systèmes existants.

Objectifs et livrables

Nous recherchons un
Release Manager/Responsable des Mises en Production expérimenté
pour accompagner la gestion des versions, des déploiements et des environnements au sein d'un système d'information complexe et critique, dans le secteur de l'assurance.

Votre mission :

En lien étroit avec les équipes de développement, production, qualité et les interlocuteurs métiers, vous serez en charge de :

  • Gestion des versions et des déploiements
  • Planifier, organiser et coordonner les releases correctives, évolutives et majeures.
  • Piloter le cycle de vie complet des versions, du développement jusqu'au suivi post-production.
  • Garantir la disponibilité et la stabilité des environnements (DEV, INT, REC, PPROD, PROD).

  • Structurer et maintenir les processus de gestion des releases (documentation, plan de rollback, validation, etc.).

  • Coordination inter-équipes

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques (dev, QA, infra), les architectes et les métiers.
  • S'assurer de l'alignement des priorités techniques et fonctionnelles.
  • Piloter les échanges pour anticiper les dépendances et garantir la cohérence globale des déploiements.
  • Gestion des risques et amélioration continue
  • Identifier les risques liés aux déploiements et définir des plans d'action.
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance et de qualité post-release.
  • Proposer et mettre en œuvre des améliorations sur les outils, process et automatisations.
  • Documentation et conformité
  • Documenter les processus et garantir le respect des normes de sécurité et réglementaires.
  • Participer activement à la structuration des pratiques DevOps (CI/CD, automatisation).

Compétences techniques attendues :

  • Git / GitLab / CI-CD :
    essentiel
    .
  • SQL / PL-SQL :
    expertise indispensable
    (analyses, batchs, EIM Siebel…).
  • Scripting (.sh) : bonne maîtrise pour analyse/débogage.
  • API REST / SOAP, Postman, SoapUI : bonne compréhension pour diagnostic.
  • Opcon (ordonnanceur) :
    bonne connaissance souhaitée
    .
  • PHP / CodeIgniter :
    un plus
    (outil interne d'automatisation).
  • Siebel :
    bonne compréhension fonctionnelle requise
    .
  • Java : pas obligatoire, mais savoir lire du code est un atout.

  • Rigoureux, structuré et force de proposition.
  • Travail en coordination avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
  • Bonne communication et êtes orienté qualité et fiabilité.
