Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled
Java Full Stack Developer
to design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate has a passion for problem-solving, a deep understanding of modern web technologies, and expertise in both front-end and back-end development. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and drive innovation in a collaborative Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Development
    : Design and implement end-to-end features, including back-end services and front-end user interfaces.
  • Requirement Gathering
    : Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Back-End Development
    : Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and database schemas using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
  • Front-End Development
    : Create dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces using , HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Code Quality
    : Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Testing and Debugging
    : Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance optimization to ensure application reliability and performance.
  • Collaboration
    : Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Documentation
    : Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed features and systems.
  • Continuous Improvement
    : Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and contribute to team knowledge-sharing and innovation initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience:

Back-End Skills:

  • Strong experience in
    Java
    (8 or later) and frameworks such as
    Spring/Spring Boot

  • Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g.,
