We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter who enjoys building relationships and becoming an integral part of a growing team. 

In this role you will:

  • Proactively engage with hiring managers to facilitate the corporate hiring process.
  • Source, screen and present candidates to appropriate hiring managers.
  • Interface with business leadership to ensure alignment with hiring objectives.
  • Grow your business acumen to become a trusted advisor within the organization.
  • Handle a diverse set of openings throughout Cellular Sales Corporate Offices.
  • Have fun and grow

What we would like to see from you:

  • 3+ years in a Corporate Recruiting role. (Agency experience will be considered)
  • Ability to learn, grow and multitask.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to source candidates using a variety of tools.
  • Strong communication skills – the ability to engage internal clients.
  • Understanding of the recruiting landscape including agency relations.
  • College Degree preferred, HS Degree or GED Required
